[Carve the petals of the third layer and the fourth layer]

20. Divide the soap around the second layer into 8 equal
    parts (or 6 parts) . Then, cut the pointed petal shapes
    in each part.
 　　


21. Cut off the soap between the petals horizontally.
 　　

22. Slice off the bottom of the flower as needed.
     And lower the edge between the petals.
　　　　

23. Cut the soap between the petals into pointed petal
     shapes.These petals are the fourth layer.
　　　　

24. Remove the unwanted soap between the petals of the
    fourth layer .

25. Trim the outside of the petals of the third layer and
     fourth layer.
 　　
　　　
     Use soap flakes as soap,too.

Optional step 1
     Paint the center with yellow food coloring
      (or soap colorant)

Optional step 2
　  Water lily arrangement in a bowl with water

What you will need
   : EVA foam sheet
   : Small clear plastic cups
   : Double sided tape
 

1.Cut out water lily leaf shapes from the eva foam sheet.
  And cut out the sides of the plastic cups.
　　　　

2.Attach the leaf with double sided tape to the plastic cup.
　　　

3.Place the leaves and the water lilies in the bow of water.
  Be careful not to drop the water lilies in the bowl.
  ( I dropped them over and over again)
