<What You Will Need>
*White or Yellow bar soap
Tip: In winter,if your soap is cool,warm it in the microwave
for about 10 seconds.

*Carving knife (or Hobby knife )
*Paring knife
*Paper templates

STEP 1    
How to carve
"winking Face" and "Confounded Face"

1.
Slice off the top of your soap with the carving knife to
create a flat surface.




2.
Cut out the Emoji templates, trace the circles onto
your soap with a toothpick.


3.
Lightly cut the circles with the carving knife.


4.
Roughly cut the circles with the paring knife.




5.
Remove the unwanted soap around the circles .

6.
Trace the eyes,eyebrows, the mouth onto the soap
with a toothpick.




7.
Cut around the mouth.


8.
Then tilting your knife,cut inside the mouth to remove
the soap.Carve the eyes in the sameway.


9.
Cut off the soap inside the eyes and the mouth.
And carve the lines for eyebrows.


10.
"Winking Face" is done.
Carve "Confounded Face" in the same way .

STEP 2                
How to carve
"Smiling Face with Sunglasses"
"Smiling Face with Heart -Eyes".
"Slightly Smiling Face"""Hushed Face"
"Kissing Face with Smiling Eyes"

1.
If your soap is too thick,horizontally cut the soap
in half with the paring knife.



2.
Smooth the top and the bottom of the soap,cut the circles
out of soap in the same way asSTEP 1.

3.
Trace the Emoji Faces onto the soaps.


4.
Carve these three faces in the same way as theSTEP 1.


5.
Then carve the Smiling face with sunglasses.
Cut around the sunglasses.

6.
Cut off the soap around the sunglasses.


7.
Carve the Heart-Eyes in the same way.


8.
Draw the mouth in each face looking at the templates.


9.
Carve the mouth in the same way asSTEP 1.


10.
Done.
